Sales Tax

The items on this website are either liquid sanitizer or Personal Protective Equipment associated with the corona-virus COVID-19 pandemic.  Toprosan™ Sanitizer has a National Drug Code Number (NDC 80149-001) and is a drug.  All drugs are exempt from sales tax.  All liquid sanitizer products sold here should be tax free nationwide. 

According to rulings made regarding these items many of them do not incur sales tax when purchased by the government or the State of California.  For more information, read the Executive Order N-46-20.

Sanitizer.Co is not collecting sales tax on any of its liquid sanitizer products.  Merchandise associated with personal protection or non-liquid sanitizer products incur sales tax only when shipped within the state of California.  Because all orders ship through Amazon, you will need to check with Amazon if you believe your order should be tax exempt.  Amazon will guide you through their taxation process.  Sanitizer.Co is not responsible for Amazon’s tax guidelines.
